How this website handles your information

Who we are

1997 Labs is an AI & software company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question, email info@1997labs.com.

The free review form

When you submit the form, your own email app opens with a message to us containing what you typed: your name, work email, company, the service you need and your brief. The message also includes how you reached the site (for example a campaign link or the referring website). Nothing is sent to us until you send that email yourself.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity, they will load only after you choose “Allow analytics”, and we will update this notice first.

Information stored in your browser

If you arrive through a campaign link, the campaign details are kept in your browser for that visit (session storage) so they can be included in your enquiry.
If you make an analytics choice, that choice is saved in your browser (local storage) so we do not ask again.

This information stays on your device. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

How we use your enquiry

We use the details in your email only to reply to you and to discuss your project. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@1997labs.com.
